Prices

Prices shown are the manufacturer's suggested retail price and do not include taxes. While every effort is made to maintain prices shown, we reserve the right to adjust prices when necessary and also to substitute or discontinue any item which may become unavailable. We reserve the right to correct printing or technical errors. All prices exclude shipping.

Lowest Price Guarantee

The lowest price guarantee falls under the following restrictions:

1. The product must be priced in Canadian dollars and include all environmental fees, shipping costs, and other charges.
2. The product must be the exact brand and model as it appears on Tradeport.on.ca.
3. The product must be sold by an authorized Canadian dealer exclusively.
4. The product must be in stock, available for sale and cannot be a limited time offer of available in limited quantity.
5. The product price must not be lower due to an advertising error, misprint, or special sale price.
   Special Sale prices include Black Friday, Boxing Day, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) prices, close-outs, liquidations and financing offers.

Promotions

All promotions fall under the following restrictions :

1. Only Canadian customers are eligible for our promotions.
2. No promotion can be used in conjunction with our "price matching" promotion.
3. Tradeport Electronics reserves the right to change, refuse or remove a promotion at any time without notification.
4.  Promotions will be in effect until stock is depleted or if service is no longer available for any reason.
5. If one or more conditions of the general and / or specific terms and conditions promotions are void or invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of the general and/or specific terms and conditions promotions.
6. When the general and/or specific terms and conditions promotions differ from those determined in the specific terms and conditions promotion, the specific terms and conditions promotion prevail.

Shipping

 Tradeport Electronics has 2 delivery methods:

1. Delivery by Tradeport Electronics
    
   1. If requested, we can deliver test instruments to your place of Business.
   2. This service is only available for deliveries within the Greater Toronto Area.
   3. Tradeport Electronics will not be held responsible for any damage to any test & measurement instruments or accessories during transit.
       
2. Delivery by the transit of your choice
    
   1. All costs associated with shipping of any test & measurement Instruments is to be paid by the customer unless specifically mentioned in a promotion.
   2. Tradeport Electronics will not be held responsible for any damage to any test & measurement instruments or accessories during transit.

Tradeport Electronics reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without notification. If and when Information is required to be eligible for a promotion, the information gathered will follow our privacy policy.
