Time Electronics 7062 - Pressure Calibrator Module
The 7062 is a practical pressure or vacuum calibration and control module. It can be used to output a precise pressure or vacuum that can be adjusted by a regulator, or provide accurate pressure measurement via the front panel port. There are six available versions, and the module is built according to the customer's required range, either vacuum, 0.2, 2, 5, 10, or 20bar.
The 7062 combines high accuracy with simple operation, and is the popular choice for test engineers performing pressure calibration applications under 20bar. It is an easy to use module suitable for high volume work in process plants, offshore platforms, refineries, and many other on-site testing facilities. It is ideal for calibration and maintenance of pressure gauges, sensors, transmitters, transducers, switches, and much more.
Features include a 4.5 digit LCD display with 5 selectable pressure units, zeroing switch, regulated output, vent control (not fitted on 20bar version). Best accuracy is 0.04% of full scale and a maximum display resolution is 0.005% of range. Line pressure must be provided via the input port on the rear of the console with quick release connection.
The module is fitted as standard with an RS-232 interface situated on the rear of the CalBench console. This enables communication and readback with EasyCal calibration software (supplied as standard with the 7051 multifunction calibrator/control centre module). With EasyCal the user can define pressure calibration procedures and create and print traceable calibration certificates.
