Time Electronics 7064 - High Pressure Calibrator Module
The 7064 is a high pressure calibration and control module designed for applications up to 200bar. It is fitted with a self-relieving regulator, two needle valves and a dual function front panel pressure port for precision output and measurement. The pneumatic supply connection (minimess fitting) is located on the rear of the bench console and is suitable for input via gas bottle or pump. There are four available versions, and the module is built according to the customer's required range, either 35, 70, 100, or 200bar.
The 7064 combines high accuracy with simple operation and is suitable for high volume work in process plants, offshore platforms, refineries, and many other on-site testing facilities. It is ideal for calibration and maintenance of pressure gauges, sensors, transmitters, transducers, indicators, switches, and more.
Features include a 4.5 digit LCD display with 5 selectable pressure units, regulated output, vent control, and a front panel zero switch. Best accuracy is 0.04% of range and a maximum display resolution is 0.005% of range. Both input and output connections are minimess high pressure type.
The module is fitted as standard with an R-S232 interface situated on the rear of the CalBench console. This enables communication and readback with EasyCal calibration software (supplied as standard with the 7051 multifunction calibrator/control centre module). With EasyCal the user can define pressure calibration procedures and create and print traceable calibration certificates.
