NoiseKen ESS-606AM: ESS-606AM is an electrostatic discharge simulator to simulate a static discharge of up to 2.5kV which may be generated by an electrified human body using the capacitor method so that the resistance and susceptibility of digital IC devices may be exmamined. The ESS-606AM allows the users to conduct a static discharge test conforming to ANSI/EOS/ESD-S5.1-1993 and ANSI/ESD-S5.2-1994 

• Output waveforms prescribed by ANSI/EOS/ESD-S5.1-1993 and ANSI/ESD-S5.2-1994 are available.
• A test at low voltage of over 10V is available.
