Calibration
DAC-VD-1 can locate damages or defects like scars/pinholes on stator coils and wires visibly by applying testing voltages in a vacuum chamber. An unintended electric arcing should occur if any damages to the specimens. Comparing with conventional breakdown tests and impulse tests, this vacuum discharge tester facilitates the detection of elements, such as the positions of scratches on winding materials formed during manufacturing.
