To keep ahead the trend for high-density IC, AH-640 enhances on the programming sides and the programming speed. These two improvements make the programming efficiency perfectly. Besides, AH-640 build in the AOI system to make sure the the the precision positioning.
- Up to support 64 sites
Provide 2 parts of programmer module areas, able to change different programmer modules. For example, one side is for 32 sites eMMC modules, the other side for 12 sites universal modules. The dedicated programmers make the high yield rate and high C/P value.
- Multi-Z axises for enhancing throughput
The AH-640 is based on XY Table for foundation. There are corresponding Z axis groups for in and out. The each group build in 2 sets of Z axises. There are 2 Θ axises on the each Z axis. They correct the offset ICs and pull up the capacity.
- CCD positioning module
The AH-640 imports CCD AOI system modules. With the XY Table motion control, they make sure the accurate positioning for each IC.
- Modular electric control system
Uses the industrial Chassis standard to establish the electric control system, including AC power, DC power, signal, all types of control cards and computers. It simplify the wiring and easy to check and maintenance.
- Intelligent Automation control
To adapt to the trend for Intelligent Automation, AH-640 control software has all the automatic programming functions, and convenient to link to all types of programmers, testers, electric control system and exchange information with external computers.
